Kelly Tullier, Vice President and General Counsel of Frito-Lay, Inc, has LIVED UNITED for 10 years. Working for a company that has a major focus on United Way gave Kelly the opportunity to learn about the organization’s philosophy and impact. In her words, “It was a no brainer to contribute.”
Her involvement with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas (UWMD) goes beyond giving, Kelly advocated for UWMD by leading the United Way Frito-Lay campaign in 2008. The Frito-Lay 2008 campaign raised more than $2.7 million for our community. During this tough economy, the generous gift from the employees of Frito-Lay is even more appreciated by our neighbors who need assistance.
Not only has Kelly lead a successful campaign, she is also a Steering Committee member for Women of Tocqueville. Women of Tocqueville members contribute $10,000 or more annually to UWMD. Despite having a heavy work schedule, Kelly says United Way has made it easy for her to use her skills and strengths by tailoring her involvement to activities where she can have the most impact.
An alumni of Louisiana State University, Kelly attended CornellLawSchool. She has worked for Frito-Lay for twelve years and is soon to be Senior Vice President and General Counsel for PepsiCo Asia/Middle East/Africa. She and her husband Rene have one son, Luke. In her free time she enjoys entertaining, skiing, hiking and her book club.
United Way of Metropolitan Dallas would like to thank Kelly for LIVING UNITED in our community through giving, advocating and volunteering.
