In their most successful Dallas United Way campaign ever, Freeman has established itself as a Top 120 campaign. Freeman raised a total of $74,575 in 2007, a 16% increase from the 2006 campaign.

Freeman is one company that the United Way can consistently count on for support. All of the coordinators work together during the campaign season and are the largest campaign of the Services companies!

In addition to the financial support, Freeman is a business partner of United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. Freeman's AV division is the preferred audio visual company for United Way events. Partnership with the Freeman AV team remains a key success factor in our events, including two of our largest events - our Fall Pacesetter Campaign Luncheon, and our 2008 Heroes of Hope Awards Event and Finale.

Freeman is also generous through corporate giving. The company matches every employee gift dollar for dollar, which is a great way to promote employee participation. Employees know that their company is committed to United Way, and their gifts are doubled.

Company leadership and employee participation led campaign success to an all-time high. Each campaign coordinator attended United Way University, where they learned about new programs and effective strategies to advocate for the campaign. The Freeman Team also attended Campaign Analysis this year and is already strategizing for the 2008 campaign.
